1. Digital Products (Courses, E-books, etc.)
Since our digital products, such as online courses, tutorials, e-books, and downloadable content, are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for these items once the purchase is completed.
However, if you experience any technical issues or problems accessing the content, please reach out to our support team at help@find-u-self.xyz, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
For any physical products (e.g., photography gear, printed materials, etc.), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at help@find-u-self.xyz within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange a physical product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you on how to return the original item and ship the new one to you.
Conditions for exchanges:
- The item must be in unused, resalable condition.
- Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Digital products (once accessed or downloaded)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a physical product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
